I have to say that my husband and I have been looking for a good Pizza around the palm coast/st. aug area and were so pleased to have found one that we enjoy. The crust is so nice and crunchy and the sauce is perfect. We like to get the pizza and take it across the street and have a beach picnic. The chef is awesome and very appreciative of a good compliment. Thanks for the pizza.

I had the lobster ravioli last week. It was the best. Going back tonight with friends and I'm going to order it again. Finally a great restaurant in Flagler. Love it.

This place is a little hidden gem. I'd passed it so many times and never really noticed it, but met with friends there and had a really good meal. I played it safe and just went for a spaghetti dish and it was delish. Server was cool and worked hard and prices fair. Will go back and try something else next time.

Joe and his staff are fabulous! They have provided us with our favorite dining experiences a couple times per week for the last 4 years. We are pretty much non-cooking snowbirds who winter in Flagler Beach, and have tried virtually every entree on the menu. They are all wonderful. The Cavit wine suits me, the pizza, pizza rolls and other ala carte items are also wonderful. If you're beachside and looking for Italian, don't pass this hidden beauty by. Manga!

We stumbled into Joseph's after being on our motorcycle for 5 hours and were greeted and seated quickly. Renee treated us like she knew us and we had our drinks fast. (Maybe she could tell we were thirsty). When our entrees arrived we both wow'd audibly. They looked FANTASTIC! She had bruschetta - looked and tasted like art - and I had a chicken wrap that was packed with flavor. Drink refills were quick, but not too quick. The only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere was a very loud family of 11 that was seated soon after we were drowned out the music and even our conversation. It's a small dining room. We will definitely visit again and recommended Joseph's Bistro to friend.

We arrived late-after 8:00 PM and they were closing at 9:00 but we had a very nice meal and never once felt pressured to hurry. The pizza was fabulous, the house salad dressing was extremely good and the service was excellent. Only one small complaint-when we first arrived it was very noisy but we think it may have been one very loud guest who did eventually leave. We will return on our next visit to Flagler Beach.

This was a great little Italian restaurant...and it you want Italian dinners this is the place to go. However i was just looking for a great New York stye pizza where i could dine in. Pizza was good but not great and not New York style with the crust i like (thin, crispy). So this place does not get a good rating for a pizza joint but does get good ratings as a Italian restaurant.

Best Italian restaurant in Palm Coast. We have been looking for a reasonably priced family style Italian restaurant since moving to Palm Coast and found it here at Joseph's. The restaurant was very clean, the staff friendly and very knowledgeable of menu items. The menu had a wide variety and all very reasonably priced. We had the pizza rolls which were priced extremely reasonable for the amount of food, under $10. The food arrived hot and very tasty. I will definitely visit again and tell my friends.

We just had a surprise birthday party for my wife on Saturday and everything was terrific! Joseph's easily accommodated all 25 guests and everyone was thoroughly satisfied. The food was great as always and the servers were on top of everything all night. We can't wait to go back. Thanks for a great evening!

We had lunch there yesterday, after driving up from Kissimmee, and it was wonderful. The food there was great, I had the Penne ala Vodka, and it was the best vodka sauce I've ever had! I say they should bottle and sell it, they would put other sauce companies out of business! Overall a great restaurant. My new favorite in Palm Coast!

I'VE HAD BETTER FROM WAL-MART! Went in on an average Friday about 8:00 pm. the dinner rush was starting to end by now. We ordered two large with two toppings and some garlic knots. Almost an hour after we ordered the waitress came to tell us our pizza had just gone in. So, 20 minutes later we finally get two pizzas that tasted like there was no love in that kitchen. I've worked pizza for years, and never have had pizza that tasted so cheap and undercooked. But, when you've waited almost two hours for PIZZA! you'd expect something better than a $5 hot-n-ready.

I had a personal pep/sausage pizza. The sausage was exactly like I used to get up north - almost shredded - not little balls. And the sauce was delicious - as usual. The restaurant was clean! The staff was friendly! I walked away totally happy :) Will be making this my "regular" place from now on!

I got raw chicken served to me here. After I informed the waiter, he took the plate, butterflies the chicken, and served it to me 30 minutes later. The person I was with had already finished her meal. I was never given the option to order something different and my meal was not discounted in any way. Poor service, poor food - never going again.

We have frequented Joseph's since it first opened. The food is excellent, the staff is great and Joseph is truly accommodating. We love their soups as well as the veal and chicken entrees. It is a beautiful fun place and we take our family there when they visit. We are very glad they came to Flagler Beach! and oh--the desserts are delicious.

A friend and I wandered into Joseph's on Flagler Beach on a whim to get lunch while driving through to Daytona. A few of the eateries in Flagler have disappointed in the past but this was a wonderful surprise.

Unassuming from the outside where it faces the beach, the inside was spacious and modestly decorated. We ordered from the lunch special menu - chicken francese and chicken marsala, both $6.95 - and were served a delicious mixed greens salad with, quite frankly, the best croutons I've ever had (they're freshly made on the premises). The entrees were equally noteworthy, with rich, flavorful sauces and tender, perfectly cooked chicken breast atop a pile of linguine (penne was also a choice). My friend and I couldn't stop talking about how good the food was, with such decent prices!

All in all I would highly recommend this place for lunch, if not dinner (the prices were very reasonable at $10-$15 a plate). Perhaps not the fastest lunch ever (good food takes a little more time - the sauces were obviously made to order, and the meal moved at a good pace) but charming and as good as my favorite high-end trattoria, at a third the price. I will be making the 30 minute trip north again for Joseph's, believe me.
