I went here with my three kids and my boyfriend and we ordered three garden salads and two large topping pies and it was the most delicious food we have ever had. The workers were very nice and polite and the place was very clean and pleasant. i know that i will definitely come back here again.

Havn't been here since after the second month they were open and things went to pot. Remember? I went inside which is nice and clean, the oven guy was nice and took the order. Alomost $15 for a large with mushrooms. (not complaining). the crust was not very tasty (used to be the best), the cheese was ok at best and the sauce, we decided, had a funny taste. Well, that was my last try for Pronto.

Me and my fiancé are both from up north and we had been dying for pizza like NY pizza for awhile. We were looking on the internet for Chinese food that delivered and we found this place..on their website they had a picture of their pies and it looked sooo good we had to order! We ordered some wings, a Sicilian supreme pizza, a plain cheese pizza, and 2 hero's. Well when it got here and we opened the supreme box there was no toppings on it! I called and asked if they could deliver the toppings or something and the guy who answered was very friendly and apologized many times. He offered us to keep the plain Sicilian and he would deliver another pizza ASAP for free. Well I'm glad I called the supreme Sicilian was EXCELLENT! their Italian sausage and pepperoni taste great! The dough was also perfect! reading some of the reviews saying the dough was thick and undercooked was not how the pizzas were at all!!! The Sicilian was perfect just fluffy enough and the dough tasted great. The regular pizza dough was the perfect thickness and was cooked to perfection. Also I read that people were saying the sauce had a weird taste..not at all it was great (and I am picky on sauce)! We ordered mild wings and hot wings..and the mild were great just spicy enough for me and the hot were not so hot you couldn't eat--they had a very good spicy taste. Also the wings have a little crisp to them, which I like. My fiancé ordered the chicken parmesan hero but wasn't thrilled with it--he said it had no taste really. I ordered the Italian here and mine was great! The bread was really good and they put just the right amount of everything. All in all they do have great food and yeah they messed up my order a little but they straightened it out--and I got a free pizza :). So I would definitely recommend it and will be ordering from here from now on!

Went here a couple of weeks ago and the pizza was excellent. Just like I remember it from New York. Will be back!

I was visiting Palm Coast a couple of weeks ago and my friend's took me out to Pronto's. I must say, the pizza was DELICIOUS. The owner was friendly and willing to do anything to keep his customers happy. I will definitely go back to Pronto's the next time I am in town!!

I have gone to this pizza place to eat and ordered pizzas a few times since it's opened. At first, the pizza was much better then over the last few months and I find the quality of the food has also diminished. I also noticed a change over in the employees. There use to be a nice shorter woman working there that was very pleasant and also a tattooed man that worked behind the counter and made the pizza/food, who was very friendly and also made the best pizza, etc...that I've had there. I have not seen either of these people in recent weeks, and have also noticed a decline in the food and service as well. I don't know what the owner is thinking, but if he keeps this up, he won't be in business for too long. The pizza is very doughy and the sauce is unexplainable. I can't say it's the worst sauce ever, but it has a strange and unusual taste to it. There also isn't many choices for pizza. They need to expand their horizons a bit. Almost every pizza place I know of, even the "fake-pizza" places like Dominos, etc...offer Hawaiian pizza and other interesting choices for toppings. Pronto's does not. I also found that the owner himself is not a very pleasant person at times and another young man that I have had the displeasure of dealing with once, was downright rude. I noticed most of the reviews are from months ago and no one has really given a good review in some time. I wonder why? Possibly because they've experienced the same I have in recent months. I won't be wasting my money at Pronto anymore, not with choices like Joe's NY and Goomba's in the area. It's a shame, they could have done well. Go back to your old employees and the better pizza makers if you want to save your pizza place.

The pizza was excellent!! We had a sausage pizza & a pepperoni pizza & garlic knots & we enjoyed every bit of it. Our server was friendly ( a little too busy but not so much to be an irritant,) We really enjoyed it and will definitely return!

Had their pizza twice and wasnt too bad, but the third time was terrible. We had company and ordered for delivery and when it came, everything was cold. The pizza was terrible, the garlic knots were just as bad, and the chicken roll had more cheese than chicken. A chicken parm hero had small pieces of chicken that seemed to be leftover from previous dishes, and what was to be a chicken parm dinner with pasta and sauce came sliced chicken pieces with no sauce and also cold. Called to complain and was told everything left their store HOT, and they denied messing up the order as far as the chicken parm dinner went. After spending over $50 PLUS a nice tip for the driver, I was offered a $5 credit! We will not be ordering from them again to say the least. Customer satisfaction? Not here!!

The crust is EXCELLENT, but the sauce... well... it's different. It's not that it is bad - it's just different. We had a very nice time there and the staff was extremely friendly. They are very kid friendly. Try it - you may like it!

We've ordered the Pizza four times already, cheese and pepperoni. It has been fantastic each and every time. We've lived here 12 years and it is the first time that we actually had pizza that was pretty darn close to the pizza we love from our beloved Buffalo, NY. I always pick it up and it is always delicious and hot. I really hope they make a go of it, the only thing that concerns me is their location. It is pretty dead over there by Belk. They may want to consider moving to a busier area. Keep on making those wonderful pies.

The pizza is mediocre; the garlic knots are inconsistent in taste and size and the staff as a whole ,are lacking in customer service. Thought I would try again as the place was new. Friday evening 4:45pm. Extremely rude person answered the telephone so I called back to verify order and spoke to the owner. I Canceled the order!

Finally went to Pronto's and man am I in Heaven! The garlic knots and pizza were excellent! Very friendly staff. They even cut half the pizza into smaller slices so it would be easier for my son's to handle. My 15 year old couldn't stop talking about how great the food was. Will definitely be going back.!

We got two pies tonight and both were excellent. Friendly service and they prepared my order just the way I specified. Their Italian sausage is wonderful! My wife got a eggplant parm hero and again which it was delicious. A fabulous addition to Palm Coast.

I stopped by for slices a few times. The pizza flavor is better than the Palm Coast average. Aside from the two hot dog joints in the county, this is the only eating establishment that made me feel they appreciate me spending my money there. Lots of Pronto slices in my future.

Just stopped and took home a few slices on the run yesterday. Friendly quick service. Very very good pizza. Dough just right for flavor and texture. Going back soon.

The Pizza was great the first four times we ordered. Last night it took two hours for them to get the pie here. The person on the phone lied and said that "the pie had just come out of the oven and the driver left, sorry it took so long we've been really busy".
The driver said he was sorry it took so long, he' had so many deliveries it's been kept warm in the car. The crust was bland, the sauce was all but missing, the mushrooms looked like they only had some tiny pieces and they threw those in the middle.

We went to Pronto Pizza with some friends after reading the reviews. We ate in and the restaurant could certainly use some decorating. The ambiance was similar to a to-go pizza store. I do agree, however, that the staff was very friendly and attentive. With regard to the pizza, we felt it was just okay. It was better than the chains, but nothing to make me run out and post a glowing review. The crust was "doughy" to me. The onion toppings were chopped too large. The sauce and cheese were average. They were out of spinach. My husband and I believe Josephs is better.

We've ordered delivery on two separate occasions. This is a really good pizza. Better than where we had been ordering. The cheese is rich and plentiful, the sauce is excellent and the crust was good as well.

We ate there tonight and thought it was good...not great. The sauce and cheese were very tasty. It seemed a bit doughy to me....maybe less dough and a little thinner would be good. I'm sure they are trying their best and will take everyone's comments into consideration. It definitely needs to stay in the oven longer! Great staff....good luck!
