My husband and I thought it was excellent! When you ask for extra cheese they put it on, and the cheese is awesome! We get tired of Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, and Dominos, we really don't like those places. And after having Goombas we got Papa Johns one night and all I could think was, this is no Goombas. I've been craving more ever since!

The Pizza is a mess and over priced. Everything tastes canned and was very "fake". Service was so-so, glad I wasn't the one that complained, just sat quietly end ate my pile. Sorry but Goomba's should be called Gonebas! I had to get my own silverware, it was like I was a ghost and the servers just let me do the work. Honestly, we tried this place after the incident and were trying to be objective, Goomba's failed horribly.

When they are good its great! They must spend a lot of money on fixing their mistakes. Both my neighbor and I have experienced they the mess up their orders quite often. The managers should train their staff to read and check orders before they deliver them - they would make more money!

If you are going in here for a sub, forget it. The so called Italian Sub has to be the poorest I have ever had. To pay $6.95 for a "doughy" roll with 3 slices of lunch meat is outrageous. If a sub is your quest, go next door to Quizno's. Their main entree's appear to be $2.00 to $4.00 higher than other Italian restaurants.

OK, I'm From Bensonhurst Brooklyn, NY. and I grew up eating Pizza in places like Lenny's Pizzeria on 86th street, Spumoni Gardens and Grimaldi's Pizzeria and trust me, eating pizza was a hobby! Now in Palm Coast, FL (which was a big mistake) Goomba's Pizzeria and Joe's NY Pizza is the closest you'll get to NY Pizza (though no where near as good, but I think that's because of the Florida tap water). They are both good but I noticed the slices in both places in today's economy became thinner, bland and just less quality, So when you order your pie, make sure you ask for extra sauce, even though they should not ask you to pay more money for it (I hope).

Oh and P.S. Real Pizza is eaten plain, extra cheese, extra sauce, pepperoni, and maybe you can get away with sausage, but that's it, No vegetables, pineapple or such silly things like that, it's just not pizza anymore if you do that.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. It took 45 minutes to get to our house which was fine because they told us 45 minutes. But we were surprised when the young girl came to the door with our pizza and told us her manager is driving her because she doesn't drive fast enough! It was a little disturbing to hear! Other then that the pizza was hot, fresh and very tasty!

The food is mediocre at best and the service is awful. While I was there with my family, the manager was yelling explicatives at the waitress... not a good environment to take your family for dinner. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I won't make the same mistake twice!

It was the first time we had ever eaten at Goomba's. It was at 3:00, so we were the only table there. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. I had the eggplant parmasan. There was tons of it. The eggplant was cooked perfectly and it was stuffed with ricotta cheese. Yum. The sauce was very different, I am Italian, and I couldn't place it, but I ate it all. My husband had a chicken parm sub. He liked it. I must say the salad that came with my meal was excellent, and the dressing (the house dressing) delicious! The garlic knots great!

Tried Goomba's this past weekend for delivery. Said there would be an hour wait for pizza and chicken fingers. We were in no rush so we said ok. An hour and a half later, still no pizza so we called. The hostess informed us it would be at least another 20 minutes. Again, we said OK. About 30 minutes after that our food was finally delivered. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting out for 2 hours and the chicken fingers were like rubber. The food was so bad that we threw it away and ordered from pizza hut! When I called to let the store know of the situation, the hostess who answered the phone informed me that there was no manager on duty and that she was the assistant manager. She let me know that the manager would call me back later that night, who never did. When I called back the next day and finally spoke to the manager, he apologized and said there was nothing that he could do. So frustrated and fed up at this point, I said ok. Needless to say, that is the last time I ever eat at Goomba's. Mistakes happen, but if management isn't even willing to make up for them, then they don't need my business.

Well, I always get the same thing here, the "Gorgonzola House Specialty Salad". It's awesome every single time. Haven't had the pizza, but it looks pretty good and the prices aren't half bad.

One of the best pies in town, if not the best. Couldn't make it through a firefighter shift sometimes without a pie from Goomba's.

I eat at Goomba's pizzeria at least 4 times a month. Their food is really good and the staff is friendly. Our pizza always comes out great. Try it and you'll like it be the judge for yourself.

I went there the other day and the pizza was great! But earlier today I went and asked for a white pizza. When I took it home it was so garlicky my family could barely eat it! $22 down the drain. So I'm probably not going to get another white pizza there. When we called there was no apology or offer to make another one for us!

This was my second visit to here. It is way expensive and there is a bunch of kids working in there that don't know what there doing! They were trying to make our pizza but kept dropping things on the floor! They were all socializing instead of helping the take out customer! I gave them a second chance but BOTH times I went in there the service was very bad!

I finally got around to eating at Goomba's last week. All I can say is that I can't believe it took me so long! We walked in like 5 minutes before closing and they welcomed us in as if it wasn't 5 minutes til close. I had the best slice of white pie I've had in ages. It was absolutely awesome! I can't wait to go back and try different items!

I just came from Goomba's for the first time. The pizza is good but pricey and the toppings? Well, you had to look real hard to see them.

Honestly, everything was pretty great there. I went in on a Saturday night and it was packed. The service was quick, the food was warm and everything tasted great! One of the better pizza places in palm coast. The pizza sauce is great and I tried my friends penne ala vodka. which was AMAZING!

I tried Goombas about 2 or 3 weeks after it first opened and let me tell you, I was impressed. They make pizza just like home (NJ). If you hate pizza hut, papa johns, and dominos and want REAL pizza go to Goombas the pies are amazing. Also they have these things called garlic knots and they are to die for! Great pasta, bread and pizza what more could you ask for. I will definitely be going back again and again.

I have been to Goomba's 3 times. Twice for dinner and once for a take out pizza. All 3 times the staff was as nice as can be and the food was like back home (NY/CT). Pasta Fagoli was so tasty and the penne al vodka was the best this town has. My whole family LOVES the pizza, but I did notice that the large tastes much better than the small. The salads are a bit pricey, but Goomba's is a great addition to Palm Coast. I have had good and bad experiences at most restaurants.. sometimes you just have to try a place more than once. Good Luck Goomba's.
