I have eaten at La Benedettos a few times and have enjoyed their true Italian meals at each visit. I wish them the best and I recommend anyone to visit and enjoy true Italian hospitality and delicious homemade Italian meals.

Best Wishes to Robyn and Jay. We've eaten at this restaurant since they opened. I loved the salmon/spinach and pasta specials they made for me. My husband varied in his dishes and we were always happy with each selection. We've been out of town for a few weeks and stopped by tonight for their veal and chicken sunday special. Unfortunately they have closed with a sign saying they will soon be having a Grand Opening at their new cafe on A1A Crescent Beach. Cafe Benedetto. Thank you for your friendship and wonderful outings, we'll see you there.

My wife and I returned to La Benedetto's for our annual beach vacation. It was as good as I remembered. We varied our selections from last year with different veal and fish dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the rice balls with meat sauce. They are my favorite but the mussels and clams were also great. Not only was the food just as good as I recalled from Long Island but the wait staff and owners had just the right balance of being attentive and friendly but not intrusive. To my surprise, I inquired about who made their bread for them and found out it was their own cooks. The excellent desserts are all made by Robyn, the owner's wife and hostess. Wow, what a great family restaurant! Even the music brings back good memories of the corner Italian eatery. Please come to Georgia, I will be your best customer and don't forget the rice balls.

My wife and I were in for Sunday dinner and I can only say that this little Italian place the the 2 ingredients that make a restaurant perfect and that is food and people. The food was excellent and the people were friendly. From the moment we entered we were made to feel like a welcomed guest by everyone there including the patrons. This is real homemade Italian food served by warm and friendly people.

We have eaten here many times, and the food is always delicious and made to order. They have daily specials, and the food is always plenty. The bread is always fresh and crusty. I had the chicken marsala and my husband the chicken parm. Both great. The seafood bisque was also very tasty. Thursday night special chicken parm dinner with soup or salad and a strawberry parfait dessert all for $10.00 . Can't go wrong for homemade.

We planned to go out for Pizza and headed to Bruno's. When we got there at a little after 7pm, it was obvious this was geared for take out not dining in. We noticed La Benedetto's and decided to try it. We are glad we did. The Thursday night special was Chicken Parmesan and included salad, bread, angel hair pasta and a strawberry layered dessert. The wait staff was attentive and helpful but most of all the food was really, really good. The pasta sauce was seasoned perfectly and the chicken was very tender with a flavorful breading. They have tables or booths, linen table clothes and napkins, lots of interesting decorative pieces give this and "old world" ambiance. They have daily specials and an early bird menu. We will go back again.

Saturday, May 30 we tried the new brunch (Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 2pm) menu. It is a short menu but everything we tried was excellent. The bread basket is full of homemade pastries and you can't find these anywhere else, freshly made by a talented baker. The pancakes were the best I have had anywhere anytime.

The Tuscan omelet (mild roasted red peppers, spinach and black olives) was excellent, again I don't think you can find this anywhere else.

For something different for breakfast try this brunch, but it is only on weekends.

I went for dinner tonight with 4 others. I had downloaded a coupon from restaurant.com which was a $25 gift certificate that I paid $10 for. It was good for a minimum $50 dinner bill. I presented it to the woman who seated us and she was very annoyed and let me know she was unhappy about the coupon. Don't they subscribe to this service to get customers in the door? The food and service was fine, but I won't go back as I was made to feel like a moocher.

My family went there for Valentines Day dinner and it was wonderful. We have 2 young children so we really appreciate prompt attentive service because anyone with children knows that the time frame of good behavior is limited. The food was fantastic; we had Eggplant Rollatini and the Chicken Scarpariello. The bread and eggplant spread and garlic butter are unique and addictive. The staff was very friendly and did their jobs well which is quite refreshing to see. We also get their pizzas for take-out and they are consistently good.

We had a lovely thanksgiving dinner there at around 4 p.m. The menu was very varied. fresh roasted turkey with a choice of white or dark meat. or both. 'whoever heard of a choice like that? two types of potatoes, mashed yams w/small baked marshmallows, or regular mashed potatoes. a full gravy boat and another gravy boat filled with a lovely homemade cranberry compote and a bread basket with homemade cranberry bread, and pumpkin bread and hot Italian roll. three soups were offered; a delicious butternut squash, pasta fasiolli, and a chicken soup. two salads were offered; i.e., (Caesar or regular, i(in lieu of the soups)). the turkey portions were very tender and generous, in addition to the potato sides, they gave you about 3 stuffed mushrooms, and a big serving of green beans with Italian tomato sauce, plus 2 different stuffing, one was regular and one was with sausages.. The desserts were homemade, as was everything offered . A choice of pumpkin pie, Italian cheesecake, lovely pecan/walnut pie or freshly made apple pie. I The crusts were so light and so was the cheese cake. All made by the owners wife. included with all of this was a complimentary glass of their house wine, (white or red)which was adequate; but if you wanted something other than the 'house', that was available, too ,at an very decent additional price. all in all, the atmosphere was lovely. just like you were invited to their home for a dinner., fresh white linen table cloths, fresh flowers on the table and a lit candle. Soft music from the 50's played, Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc. Service was wonderful and so friendly. They came often to see if you were enjoying everything and asked if you wanted anything more,; and....believe it or not?...seconds? They packed up our desserts so we could eat them later at home. All of this for $29.99. each, wine extra of course. All in all., the best meal we have had in the l6 yrs. we have lived in Palm Coast. The owners and their family members and their help deserve 4 stars for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner and dining experience.

We went to La Benedetto's after hearing good things from others about the new owners. The ambiance is very nice and the service was quite satisfactory and friendly. We went kind of early (6 ish). My husband ordered one of the specials which was supposed to be beef tenderloin tips w/penne in a Marsala sauce. He got about 5 pieces of gristle in a big mush of pasta and gravy. Very disappointing to say the least. I ordered the chicken Francese and it came heavily battered and swimming in an overly lemon sauce; too sour to really enjoy. The spaghetti side dish was cooked fine, but the marinara sauce was very watery and lacking in much flavor. We are tempted to say we just didn't order the right thing, but I doubt if we'll be back . Can't figure out what other reviewers are raving about. We're not Italian, but have eaten in many wonderful Italian restaurants over the years.

We had the pleasure in eating at La Benedetto's and found the food to be the best Italian food in Palm Coast. My guest and I shared the appetizer (stuffed pepper ball) a creation of its own with such a superb flavor. For dinner we enjoyed an Italian style New York Strip with pasta and Chef's special sauce that was outstanding. You did not need a knife for the steak. The home made cheese cake was light and very tasty. Choice of house red wine was a great pick. One must not miss out on this restaurant and if you are on a date - treat your gal friend or wife - they will love you for it - and - the price was right!

We went for dinner here last Saturday evening . Everything was superb. From the calamari appetizer to the veal donato and to finish off the meal with a tray of homemade Italian cookies. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely be back. Compliments to the chef.

We enjoyed an authentic Italian meal of epicurean delight. An Italian meal comparable to Boston, Providence's Federal Hill, and New York's Little Italy. The setting is like Old Italy. Everything is prepared in house and fresh as can be. For a superb dining experience, we highly recommend Le Benedetto's Resturant.

My husband and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was so cute and unique. The service was great and the food was absolutely amazing! I have a degree in culinary arts and I am very hard to please when I go out to eat. This place actually impressed me, and that is RARE as I am used to being highly disappointed when I go out. The prices are a little high, but in my opinion, it was worth it. Keep it up, La Benedetto's!

I visited based on these reviews. Now I know not to believe in reviews. Price to portion ratio was high Wife had a steak wrap (whatever it was called). 2 small strips of steak wrapped around a breading mix. I had a spiced chicken and sausage. It was spicy having been cooked with hot peppers. I did not think it appropriate to serve the pepper slices with the stems still attached. For the $15.00 price, I thought I deserved more than 15 pieces of Penne pasta. Wait time between salad and entree was 25 minutes which was too long for me.
