Everything is excellent..The fruit & vegetables are always fresh as if it was just picked from the garden. This lovely little restaurant is a favorite outing with my daughter & myself. Fond memories! We especially like the" afternoon tea".. I have brought many friends & family to enjoy this special place. I do not live local, so I am not able to visit as often as I would like. Great place for special occasions and ladies day out. Also has a gift shop to purchase teas and pottery. Plan to return this week with another friend to celebrate her 75th birthday.

I wanted to surprise my wife with something special for her birthday, and tea at Shakespeare's Fine English Tea Room was the perfect solution. We each had the Afternoon Tea, a three-tiered presentation of traditional tea fare. The atmosphere and setting were elegant and welcoming. The quality of the food, the selection of teas, and the gracious service made our visit not just a meal but an experience. Cost for two: $31.00, a very fair price for the quiet time we enjoyed together and we will return again to explore the remaining menu.

Just returned from having a great "High Tea" lunch at Shakespeare's. This was our first and will not be our last visit. We have seen this place many times but never ate there; however, they were having a special fundraiser for Journey's End Animal Sanctuary so we couldn't pass it up. The food was great, plentiful and the service wonderful. We ended up having to get a to go box (doggie bag) to take home the great dessert. It was an experience that shouldn't be missed.

I really love this place! I had seen this restaurant for years as I passed it by to frequent other restaurants (which are now closed by the way). So one day I wanted to surprise my grandparents for their 57th wedding anniversary and do something different and the Tea Room came to mind. Well, let me tell you, every time my family is in town visiting my grandparents we try to have a delicious meal at the English Tea Room.

I ate a wonderful dish that was very similar to a shepherds pie with ground beef, vegetables topped with mash potatoes. Today, I hope to try something different.

I can't say enough how enjoyable it is to go to Shakespeares..no matter for a lunch or dinner or just a cup of tea. I love to bring company from out of town there; everyone loves it! The owners try very hard to please the palate and the patron, the wait staff is excellent. I've even hosted a few large gatherings there, knowing that everything will go smoothly and professionally.

This is the second event we have held at Shakespeare's within the year ... as always the atmosphere, the service and the food was outstanding.

Owners Lynn and Gerald are always on hand to talk to the patrons and Candice is always there to be certain that things run smoothly. We look forward to hosting more events at Shakespeare's.

We would like to wish all those at Shakespear's a very Merry Christmas!

This was our third trip to this delightful place. We drove an hour just to enjoy this experience again The soup, salad, Welsh Rarebit and Waldorf Chicken salad sandwich were all tastefully presented - and delicious. We love the quiet atmosphere and of course their house tea - Shakespeare Tea.

We will definitely visit again - even thought it is an hour's ride.

Went here with my wife and mother in law and although it was really nice, it was just not my type of restaurant. It's more like a ladies lunch place and too dainty for me LOL My wife and mother in law enjoyed it and although what I had was good, I'll just stay home next time.

My daughters took me to Shakespeare's this morning for a Mother's Day gift. The whole experience was wonderful. The decor was very nice, the music soothing, our server very friendly and helpful. We all had the afternoon tea package. The table settings were beautiful, the food presentation was great, everything tasted great! There was no feeling of being rushed. It was a very inviting atmosphere. We had fun just relaxing, talking, and being together. A very nice gift from my girls, and definitely a place we'll be returning to and bringing out of town visitors to. I will definitely recommend Shakespeare's!

This restaurant is one of my favorite places. It is simply delightful. I feel as though I have stepped into an actual tea house in England. I've eaten there twice now, and I am always delighted to recommend it to friends. The food is very good and well prepared, the staff is very attentive, the portions are good and the prices are fair. The table settings are always very attractive. The owners are warm and friendly. This is a restaurant that would be fun to dress up and go to on your birthday or anniversary. The store which is adjacent to the restaurant is also very fun.

My husband and I were visiting friends in Palm Coast when we decided to try this lovely restaurant. The service, the staff and the food were all excellent. We also picked out some extraordinary teacups from their gift shop, which they shipped to our home in Pennsylvania (avoided the worry of carrying them on the plane).

This shop and the surrounding shopping area are delightful. It's worth spending some time wandering through the other shops after your meal.

I went to Shakespeare's two times last month with friends. The service was excellent. The sandwiches, scones, tea, and sweets were very tasty. The atmosphere of the restaurant makes you want to linger and talk with friends over endless cups of tea. I will return and suggest to my friends that they try this restaurant.

I went there yesterday with a friend for lunch. The whole experience was perfect. I had the quiche (bacon and spinach) which was delicious. Love the way the dressing for the salad was on the side so I could chose how much to use. The trifle was so good I am sorry my friend and I had decided to share it. Manager Tracey was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back for the three tier entree, it looked sooooo goooooood. Definitely a wonderful dining experience.

My two sisters and I had a tea-liteful afternoon tea and enjoyed the food on our 3 tiered trays. The only complaint I would have with this establishment was the selection of teas available for the afternoon. We only could select from about 5 varieties. And you paid extra for something not included in the Afternoon Tea selected luncheon. We could only pick one for the price of the afternoon tea trays. I like to try a couple of teas with my luncheon - but had to settle on one tea - which was the House brand and was quite delicious. All in all a beautiful place, nice gift shop too.

My sister always have the 3 tier that includes the scones, sandwiches and yummy desserts. I had it and boy it was GOOD. Next time I'm in Palm Coast in 15 days. I'm going to see if my sister and mother want to go back there!

I love Shakespeare's! I think what I like most about it is the feeling you get of being someplace other than Palm Coast. It's decor, service and food are not like anywhere else in town and all are very good. Their high tea is a decadent treat!
