I went to Popeyes the other day. The Food was hot and fresh. The Chicken Sandwich is very good. I didn't wait long at all through drive through. Keep it up Popeyes.

Highlight of visit: Chicken Sandwich and Mac and Cheese very good. The Apple Pies, better than McDonalds!!!

Went to Popeye's yesterday, Had a great Lunch. Went there when it first opened, it was good but this time I enjoyed it more. The staff was polite, order was correct. I will be back. Thanks Team Popeye's.

This place really sucks. I went through the drive thru and ordered a combo, and 2 hours later when I was getting ready to have dinner, opened the sack.... they gave me the wrong order! Called them and the girl said they were really busy and I should have checked my order first before I left. There was no manager around. Staff was unfriendly. Too bad because people like Popeye's but not if the person taking your orders has poor customer service.

I want to start by saying I love Popeye's chicken and everything they make. Never thought i would be giving a bad review, but something has to be changed. I ordered a family chicken meal tonight. First, I found out they no longer serve Cajun rice at this store. I ordered an 11 piece and wanted it all white meat. Don't mind if there was an upcharge but no it was mixed. Fine, we will eat what we can. The breading was like a rock, the chicken was good once I stripped the skin off. Mashed potatoes was awesome. Coleslaw was undesirable. I think someone needs to check up on the quality and fix these issues. I will drive 20 miles to great Popeye's chicken. I am not looking for a refund. Just fix it.

Highlight of visit: Popeye's make the best chicken and side dishes at other locations. I want the same here.

The only reason I am giving these 5 Stars is because it is truly Deserved. There is a new GM, Tom. I was sitting on line watching this man run this place, everyone was in sync on what he was saying. They listened to him and everything ran smooth. It is a blessing that he took over, because the old GM they had is Nasty to everyone. There is also another young lady there, who actually cursed the customer in front of me out, she told her to get the F --- out of there. This store will change for the better with him there. Worst pick up experience I have ever encountered 53 minutes in line and then still had to wait at the window for them to cook it. Total disgrace! At least four people working in the store. I don’t think they even know what day it was let alone how to cook a meal. I am a Dasher for DoorDash and my recommendation would be never pick up anything from this Popeyes again.!

I recommend the food here but the service is so slow especially at the drive through. Orders also often wrong or out of some items. This place really needs a better system as the current one of seriously flawed. Skip ordering at the kiosk and go inside and check your order before you leave.

The people are always friendly; the food is always fresh and hot and TASTES GREAT! I always look forward to getting delicious food from the Palm Coast's Popeyes.

Highlight of visit: Red beans and rice are to die for! All employees I've encountered have always been friendly. Chicken tenders are great; mashed potatoes and gravy are great! Biscuits are really good.

Worst Popeye's ever. I love Popeye's and was really excited it was coming to Flagler County. I live in L section of Palm Coast and have drove there 5 times. Every time was HORRID. Done with it.

Physically OK, but staff and preparation are poor. They are always out of part of the meal. Daytona Beach is always excellent, but too far.

4th of July... employees there but no manager! Cannot open for business. No idea where manager is or if showing up. Thank you for ruining our 4th of July family dinner!

I have to admit the chicken sandwich is really good but just not worth the slow service and wait. I just don't get how they can be so bad! It seems like there's enough staff but it takes 3 of them to do one job.

This pl;ace has had ample time to get things right. So far that has not happened. The employees are awful.. a lot of horsing around..a lot of "Grab Ass"... not very serious. If they continue on this current trend they will be out of business rather quickly. The owners had better get their acts together because this is one lousy disgusting operation. ...and I don't mean that in a bad way !!

I get the impression that the staff are just not trained here and no manager is overseeing the process. Even before Covid they just didn't have it together and after just visiting again it is no better. Many items are not available and what I did order I had missing items and an under-count on the chicken. Plus, skin was missing and was a mess. I really don't get how a national company can be run like this!!! 2.5 stars here is being very generous as the shrimp were good.

Terrible experience. Slow and very unprofessional. Waited 1 hour in line and came up to window to staff laughing and playing. After ordering our food stated they were out of biscuits and we could substitute something in the place. We said green beans then they tried to charge us for them. Once we finally received our food we never got the green beans we got mashed potatoes, something we never even ordered. Need some leadership in this location. Obviously poor management.

I went to eat here the night of the 24 hours of Daytona. My order was no where near to right. Today I went back and it was worse. If you want a bad order, this is the place to go. If you you want to get what you ordered. I suggest somewhere else. Have been there 2 times and both times the order wasn't near what i ordered. There words were bring it back. I live almost 30 miles from there.

My experience with this Popeye's is the worst ever. I went there at 9:45 p.m., Waited in line for about a few minutes then a guy came out until one customer at the drive-through speaker... we're closed. Then the very next day my wife and I went in the afternoon which we did get a served and the only thing was... This chicken was old and hard and I guess everything is to go nobody knows what they really happened to they get home. My experience with your Palm Coast Popeye's is, it's so far a piece of shit, or just shut down, and we all go to Daytona, where the chicken is golden fried, not dark and hard.

Very disappointed with this Popeye's. When it opened it was very busy but service was efficient and friendly, and the food was very good. Now it's quieted down and they always out of food and their service is really slow and bad. I don't understand how a new national chain restaurant can be run so badly?!?? I'm sure other Popeye's around the area aren't running out, so why is Palm Coast's?

I've been there twice. First time they where out of anything worth a dam, second time, they where completely closed up. I won't be going back.

Don't bother, it may not even be open! I have gone in the afternoon around 2 or 3 PM, and they aren't even open! This has happened more than once since they opened. They are suppose to be open 10am to 10pm. When they are open, they are often out of chicken sandwiches or sides which you don't find out until after you have waited in line 20-35 minutes. Poor Service. Won't go back.
