Finally a restaurant in Palm Coast that understands vegan food! They have a few veggie options and two of the rices are good but one contains egg. Unfortunately, this is not like any Mediterranean food I've had before! It's no so tasty and some items were very bad in particular the bread which was like leather and the falafal which resembled hockey pucks. The decor is wonderful and the staff couldn't be more friendly, so I hope these are just opening night errors and will be corrected soon.

We were looking forward to Oliv opening but have to say it was a disappointment. Food was very bland and we expected much more flavor. Staff very friendly. Interior beautiful. Was hoping for much more. Pricey for what we got. Best item was the cauliflower.

I don't usually go to restaurants when they first open as I like the opening pains to subside first, but regrettably thought different this time. First of all, it's a very nice restaurant inside with a chic design and atmosphere. The experience with the staff was mixed. The girls were fantastic, patient, and very helpful. But the young man in the middle was a complete lost, untrained and seemed to not have a clue what he was doing there. All of this was new to us and he was slow and offered no help whatsoever. We ended up with some dry bowl of food as he didn't mention if they had dressing or sauces, and we finally took it home to dress it and eat it. The falafal was very dry and hard with little flavor. The babaganoush another disappointment and was the worse I've ever had. No taste and lacked that nice warm smokey flavor and seasoning usually associated with babaganoush... it was just like eggplant baby food! And the pita was not like the usual fluffy pita bread, it was flat and very tough and as it's warmed first, the young man in the middle was slow it was cold before we even got it. No tap water available so you have to buy Fiji water. I really hope this approves because I like the concept and this is something we could do with in Palm Coast. I'll leave it a long while before I try again. 5 star service for the two young ladies serving and 1 star for the young man.
