Very opulent and very pricey and once inside you feel like you're someplace other than Palm Coast. It has a supper club feel with too much drabness for my taste and although the menu sounds very good, the food as a whole is not really much better than any other Italian restaurant in town, it's just plated very well and served elegantly. So, I guess that's what you're paying for here. Our party had mixed opinions on the food with each plate having a mix of very good elements being let down by something poorly cooked or prepared. Service was spotty as staff were pleasant enough they didn't seem to be too familiar with the dishes and appeared out of their comfort zone. The atmosphere is stuffy and stiff. Personally I would not return as this was just not worth the money and I'd much prefer to go to Osteria Rustica.

Eight of us ate here while staying at the resort with mixed results. First off, the atmosphere is quite upscale with incredible views and the outside area will be wonderful in the warmer weather. The food though was nothing really special for the high price. There were a couple of standout dishes such as the She-Crab Soup and Osso Busso, but most could of come from any Italian chain restaurant. You're really paying for the ambiance and professional service here and not for any creative or exceptional food. I'd recommend Delfinos for special occasion if you're at the resort, but I would prefer someplace else for a family dinner again.
