We recently visited Bailey's and was very impressed with the new owners. We had been a frequent visitor of Bourbon Street and found Bailey's just as welcoming. We met Debra and Tom and they treated us like they knew us forever. The food was great. My husband loved the raw oysters. He had been dreaming of them since he worked down in Savannah and enjoyed them there. Now he has a new place to do that. We will be coming back and with friends. Good luck in your new place and thank you for a most enjoyable evening.

Went to the new Bailey's for the first time and was very impressed. This was the best food we have had since moving to Palm Coast over a year ago. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, and the mashed potatoes are tasty. The nice presentation (rosemary and fresh flower garnish) somehow made the food taste even better. The oysters Rockefeller were done the traditional way and then topped with a cream sauce that is to die for. The interior is simple, but nice... "Old Florida" style... and there is a cozy bar that was pretty busy on a weekend night. The chef is the same as before, when the place was called Bourbon Street. I guess we should have given it a try back then. But the new owners seem very nice and willing to please. I hope they can keep it up. We need a good non-chain restaurant in Palm Coast.

Wow, We were warmly welcomed by both owners... Debbie and Tom, super nice folks! Our waitress was on the money with every aspect of our dinner experience. The food was excellent... portions were perfect and high quality and further more at a fair price. The bread was yummy! Shrimp cocktail had large shrimp (not those small sad ones most give you). The drinks are good and not watered down like some places

The Chef made a personal appearance to us and made the rounds to the other tables... what a nice touch, as it should be! We will be back!

Went there the other day, sadly, was unimpressed. Glad the servers are still the same. Its just a different atmosphere in there. No more awnings, or decorations. Just plain and bare. Added another TV. Bourbon street was a one of a kind here in Palm Coast. Glad they kept some dishes. Maybe this place has potential. Who knows. the food was OK. Had the Flounder as my entree.. wasn't anything to write home about. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends. Just isn't the same classy place as it was before

Husband and I were welcomed at door by both owners and offered table right away - waitress, Bobbie was terrific. We started with Brucetta appetizer - ok. Husband would have given a "5" review for roasted flounder stuffed with artichokes and crabmeat. My Chicken pasta dish with bacon, spinach was good "4". I'm harder to please. The bread was delicious. Creme Brulee was 2 mini pastry cups with filling served cold with side of cream. I would have liked it warmer but it was tasty. The overall atmosphere was very friendly - the new owners had added another TV. We immediately felt comfortable. There was lots of seafood but also many other food choices for landlubbers on the menu. I would have liked live music, however. All in all, a nice experience.

Been there twice already and really pleased with the service, prices, food presentation, food taste and portion size. They have a super Happy Hour schedule 6 days a week until 7 pm (closed Mondays). A great Early Bird menu, too! New owners were there both times and are very cordial!

I think this place has promise, but they need to step up their game or be just another PC casualty. For an appetizer, we ordered steamed oysters. They were flavorless and undercooked. They were also very "wet" and that didn't help. We had to ask for cocktail sauce and horseradish as they weren't served with it. No crackers were ever given. A "Raw Bar" really should get those right!

I had almost written them off, and then the entrees arrived and we all loved them. Full of flavor and perfectly executed.

So what is the problem? It took an hour and 45 minutes to have dinner, and there was only 3 of us. I bet there were only 10 tables in the place. The waitress apologized over and over and over. She kept saying the kitchen was just backed up. We all kept wandering backed up with what? There weren't that many people in there!! And most already had their dinner.

I do hope they work on a few things and stay around!! The potential is there!
