My friend and I went to this place last night in hopes of having a great new restaurant in town. VERY BAD IDEA!!! The food was tasteless and I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were very disappointed and will never go back!

First time for us and we ordered a takeout of enchiladas with rice and beans.. and a chimichanga. It was very good!! Their sauce is very good. Have tried all of the other Mexican restaurants in Palm Coast and we thought the Rodeo was the best which has now moved to the quality Inn on Rt 100 in Ormond. El Potosi has a language barrier. They did their best to answer questions and they were very polite.... It is a little slow but that is okay with us as long as the food is good. And it was very tasty. Can't wait to go back.

The food was awesome. The service was great. The tacos were the best I've ever had made fresh in less than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why others have complained as I was totally impressed and looking forward to many more nights at El Potosi! coming from a person who loves Mexican food and tries all restaurants. You have to try El Potosi.

Went there for lunch today. Being from California, dying for a good Mexican Restaurant, went in with an open mind. Service was very slow and not very good. I was excited to see they fry their taco shells, have not seen that in Florida yet, so I was still anxious to be a fan. The meat was shredded, which is a plus, tacos were a little greasy, but ok. Portions were small and pretty pricey. The menu was limited, but so is In-N-Out Burger...if the food is good, who cares how many items are on the menu. I hope they can get it together and make a good go of it. I would be willing to try again, but they do need some improvement before I would recommend it as a good place to go....Let's hope they can figure it out..

Not sure how authentic this place is or not, but I thought it was awful. The menu was very limited and what arrived was almost tasteless and not worth the money. The Mexican in Bunnell knocks the socks off this place in terms of flavor, service and value for money.

I loved it! My husband and I both loved it, the chimichangas were awesome, the tacos, the burritos, everything. We moved here 3 years ago from California, and we have been dying for a GOOD Mexican restaurant to open.

The people who gave this place a bad review must not know what real Mexican food tastes like, they probably were expecting giant sloppy dishes from an American version of TexMex or "Taco Bell". Typical comments from people that really don't know what Mexican food is.

Such a disappointment! There are only about four items on the menu. We tried the beef and chicken chimichangas. They were about the worst I have ever had in a Mexican restaurant. They had no flavor and the only thing it came with besides the flavorless chicken and beef was a tablespoon of lettuce! We will not be going back.

My family and I stopped by there today for lunch first off the menu is extremely limited only taco, nachos, chimichanga, burrito, corn on a stick, flautas, and coconut cream for desert. Its al a carte and not cheap. We tried nachos which was covered in beans and cheese with no taste and very small portion, also had chicken burrito no flavor and chicken chimichanga once again lacked in flavor just had chicken, cheese and lettuce. The desert was not good either. I wouldn't waste your money go to taco bell you get a better selection and food at least has some flavor. Its sad there's no good Mexican places to eat around here.
