This was the 2nd time I went there. The food is not bad at all. I take out the Italian deli items. There is a middle aged woman who is there and her attitude is awful. This time they forgot to put one item I ordered in the bag. I discovered this when I got home. I called to ask if I was charged for this and she snappily said "If it wasn't on the counter, you were not charged." She did not even say she was sorry. I detected an attitude the 1st time I visited this establishment. I will never go back there. I will drive to Daytona.

The food is excellent here! My favorite items: Hot roast beef sandwich with provolone and onions on a Chiabatta roll, hot pastrami on roll, Italian cold cuts on Italian bread with tomato, onion and oil and vinegar.

The breakfast sandwich special is 2 eggs, bacon or ham, with cheese, tomato, potato, onion on a Chiabatta roll with coffee for only $3.95 -- you can't beat this price and the sandwich is the best around.

The imported pizza is great, truly an "old world" style pizza with fresh basil, homemade dough, imported tomatoes and homemade cheese. About $15. Really no toppings needed. The "domestic pizza" is also very good and only about $7. Crusts on both are thin and crispy.

I've been here many times and it is always good. It is a deli with very limited seating and most people call ahead for take out.

Stopped in for breakfast the other day. Breakfast menu kind of limited. This is a deli and the food looks good. We all had egg sandwich specials and they were great. Would return.

Dropped by for lunch with my wife and daughter. We each ordered different sandwiches off of the daily specials menu. I ordered the Italian roast beef and it is the best sandwich I have ever had in Palm Coast. My wife and daughter also both enjoyed their sandwiches. Food is very reasonably priced. Only negative is that the deli has very little seating. Definitely will return.

I went there with my 2 year old son for the first time last week and we really enjoyed our food. My 2 year old got a juice box (100% juice!) and an English muffin pizza - perfect for my little guy! And I got a chef salad - but not just any chef salad - it had tons of good stuff on it like hard salami and provolone cheese and tons of really green crisp lettuce. I took half of it home with me because I couldn't finish it and I'm 6 months pregnant so that says something about the generous portions haha. Atmosphere is very NY deli and the bathrooms were imaculately clean which is super important with a potty training 2 year old. Thanks Colletti's and keep up the great work.

My wife and I stopped at Colletti's for some homemade pizza on Friday, it's only made on Wednesdays and Fridays. BEST pizza we ever had. Ingredients are all fresh and imported and the dough is made the night before. The crust alone would even make a trip from St. Augustine worth it. As a former Astorian who knows pizza I was surprised to find that the owner Chris Colletti was also from Astoria, NY and we knew similar people. When in Palm Coast make this a MUST stop.

Stopped and had breakfast. Price was rite. Food was great. Really a great place for breakfast and looking at lunch menu I am going back with my wife. This is a real NY Italian deli, not big but good. Prices are reasonable.
