My mom and I ate there earlier today. We got there about 11:15am and were told to seat anywhere. There were only about 3 other tables in the place. The waitress came and took our food and drink orders and brought our drinks right away. After that we didn't see her for about 35 minutes while the place started to get busy for the lunch hour. Our food finally came, which was better than I thought it would be. By this time, I was almost done with my drink and the waitress never came back to check on if everything was fine with the food. After we were done eating, we sat and waited for a WHILE to see if she would come to ask us if we needed boxes for our leftovers, she didn't. Finally, my mom got up and went to the cashier and asked for boxes, we boxed our food up and continued to wait for our check for another 10 minutes, which at this point it was starting to empty out a bit. My mom, again, had to up and stand in line to pay which at this time the girl came over to give us our check, which I told her my mom was already waiting to pay... didn't bother to ask if I wanted a refill, to go cup, or ask how our food was. We didn't get out of there until 12:50. I will never, ever go back. Terrible service if I ever witnessed it. Not a good place to eat if you are on a schedule and have places to be!

Very disappointed in baked ziti takeout tonight. Large serving but dry, no sauce, and very little taste. Threw half away. Would have been happy with half as much that tasted good. Pizza visible on shelves looked dried out and unappetizing. Not good for 6:00 PM visit during dinner hour. Garlic bread unimaginative - rolls with garlic butter on them - insipid. Probably won't go back.

Co-workers and I went for lunch. Spinach pie was excellent. Waitress was attentive. Food coming out was a bit on the slow side but I'm sure they have kinks that need to be work out. I plan on going again and hope that they stay around for quite awhile! Good Luck!

Coming down from the NY/NJ area in May of 2007 I was disappointed by many of the pizzeria's in the Palm Coast area - nothing reminded me of "home" until I tried Goomba's. The pizza is out of this world, the fried calamari was fabulous, and the homemade garlic knots were so fresh and tasty I couldn't get enough. If your from up North, you have to get to Goomba's, you'll know what I'm talking about - by far the best pizza, calamari, and garlic knots in Palm Coast. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

We were seated ahead of a group that obviously new someone because they were taken care of and served first. Our similar order was a long time coming and wrong. Then we were told it was what we ordered. Not only that, it was way too expensive for what you get and certainly not near the best pizza around. This may finally be the "one too many pizzerias" Palm Coast was bound to get one day. Stay with the one you're already happy with. Not worth it.

My family and I dined at Goomba's Pizzeria and the food was excellent and so was the service and staff. Kristy the owners wife is such a wonderful host she runs the front waits on tables tosses pizza and always has a smile on her face and makes time to go to every table and say hi and how was the food do you have any suggestions on anything. her husband Joe is very friendly too and tosses a good pizza. Everything is homemade just like you was in Italy or new York. We will keep going back for more. The store is so beautiful hand painted and just the right touches. Good luck to you Kristy and Joe. Everybody needs to try it for yourself before judging the place. You cant make everyone and not everyone is going to like the food anywhere you eat. And take into count this place stays very busy with dine ins and take out.

This was the BEST pizza we have had since moving to Palm Coast! My husband picked it up and brought it home and it was still hot. They use tons of cheese - reminds of NY style from NY! Salads are a bit pricey, but we will say that everything in them are fresh.

This place is authentic Italian cooking. If your from up North, this is sure to please you and make you feel at home. As my Husband and I split a Pizza and the Eggplant Parmesan, need I say, I thought I was eating my Italian Grandmother's Eggplant that I grew up on. This place is a great additional to our area. As they are new, and there are a few kinks to work out, the staff and Owner will make you feel welcome. If you are lucky his Mom may make her Rice Balls for you!

I ordered a slice to go, unfortunately I did not open the bag until I left the store. The cost of the slice was $1.99 plus tax and the dollar bill I used to pay with was bigger than the slice.

Finally great pizza in Palm Coast! Not only was the pizza authentic New York style, but the restaurant was beautifully decorated and the service was great.

Waited an hour or more. Pizza was partially burnt on the bottom and soggy in the center. The wait staff and cooks spent almost the entire time apologizing to dine-in customers, comp'ing meals, and apologizing to order-out folks for the long wait. One large table came in and obviously knew one waitress; they were served drinks, subs, calzones and pizzas before other customers who had been waiting. Prices are also higher than other places. Very disappointed. Bad food. Bad service. Prices too high.

This was the best pizzeria I have ever tried. I had to wait a short period of time, but it really was worth it. They have such an extensive menu and the service was spectacular. Definitely worth trying. I will be going back many times!

1 hour wait for pizza cooked on a screen. I don't thing so! Gave it a try but we will not be going back. We will stay loyal to our favorite pizza place until we find something better.
