Starbucks at Island Walk UNCLAIMED

I am a huge fan of Starbucks. My one question is ... Why did this place remodel? I really think it was better before the change. Sorry..that's just me. Anyhoo, I love the coffee and the staff is friendly.

This Starbucks has to win the award for the worst parking lot in Florida!!! It's a nightmare to park here and well worth parking in the Hobby Lobby spaces and walking across. I found the inside to OK but the floor and tables messy and chairs scattered. But the staff were very friendly and efficient and coffee was as good as any other Starbucks. I do find that some food items are often out of stock though especially when ordering on the app, but once I get inside they do have it!? I guess that's the price of technology! I'll keep visiting as I like my regular Starbucks fix but just wish they'd make the better effort to keep it tidy and cleaner.

I have visited this new Starbucks several times and overall I have a negative view of this coffee shop. The biggest problem with this Starbucks is that the noise level is unacceptable. It is very loud in the coffee shop and voices echo off the concrete floor and metal ceiling. Starbucks needs to put in carpeting on the floor and sound deafening panels to reduce the noise level. I really enjoy the Starbucks coffees but the noise level is so bad that I will not be back until it is fixed.

Very happy that Starbucks is back in its permament home and the new building is nice. Service is good and staff very friendly, however, the restaurant area was very dirty and messy. Tables had to be cleaned by us before we could sit down, there was trash all over the floor, and the creamer station was nasty. Also, the car park is terrible and you're much better off parking across the way and walking. I'm hoping staff will take more pride in this new establishment and make it a nicer and cleaner experience for its customers.

I've never had a problem with this Starbucks and it's definitely one of the better ones in the area. The servers / barristers are efficient and friendly and they can get through a long line quickly. Plenty of seating options and usually very clean. I look forward to when they relocate and rebuild this one.

A good cup of Folger's Instant is better than this. The Barista had zero clue as to how to prepare good coffee. It was thin and watery.. Have been here before and have had the same experience.
When I need my "Starbuck's Fix" my wife and I run up to the Starbuck's on A1A in St. Augustine. The best around these parts... well worth the trip.

Best Starbucks I've been to. I ordered a mocha frap and pumpkin spice frap. Both awesome and made to perfection. The cashier was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice and clean.

I've really been missing out by only getting Starbucks when im in target. Target's Starbucks not too good, maybe if they hired adults!I Don't know how high school kids could be good at making a perfect latte!

I've been to Starbucks all around the country. I go for the consistency, fast service and the quality of the coffee. This particular store is the poorest quality Starbucks I have ever had the misfortune to darken the door. We stay away due to slow, slow service and low quality coffee. The other day I was really wanting a nice big cup of Starbucks, I normally drive all the way up to St Augustine for Starbucks, but I thought give the PC Starbucks another try. OMG, there were 15 people in front of me. The older guy taking orders was overwhelmed. I was patient and finally, I was up! I ordered the largest cup of house blend they had. When I got home I took a sip and it tasted watery. Worse yet, it had zero caffeine. I saw the employee draw the coffee out of the urn labeled regular house blend, not de-caff but it was de-caff. No buzz, tasted like poop so I called the manager. I was told she'll call back. Hey manager, you never called back! I won't be back but I will continue to drive all the way to St Augustine for an occasional cup of Starbucks.

Standard Starbucks offerings. Place is clean and servers very nice but sometimes a little slow. Prices are too high for what you get!

The place is clean; lattes are great, wish they had a drive-thru; prices are getting ridiculous!

Have been to numerous Starbucks around the country, and this is the worst ever. The service is very uneven. Sometimes you get the Sheeree happy face service and at times the Services route to hostile. The coffee tends to be really poor quality, and the baked goods not good.

It's hit and miss at this Starbucks sometimes your drink is correct and other times not so good and for the price I want it correct everytime!
