This place is a hidden gem. I'm a road warrior to the tune of 200+ days per year and this is my favorite monthly stop. Fresh top quality food, priced appropriately. Incredible service. You will even have the owner making sure your water glass is always over half full. You feel like an old friend from the second you walk thru the door. Highly recommended!

This is a great find. It's hidden away and we never knew it was there but took the recommendations from here and visited for dinner a Friday night. The restaurant has a nice calmness about it and service was prompt and very efficient. Their menu is very interesting and their sushi selection seemed very creative. We ordered some sushi, veggie tempura and a lava rock chicken. Everything was delicious and we enjoyed every bite. Definitely now one of our favorite restaurants and we recommend to anyone wanting a change from the typical Palm Coast dinner choices.

Awesome little place serving the best selection of sushi in Palm Coast. Everything is always delicious and it's hard to decide what to order as it's all good. We stop by whenever we can and I just wish they were open for lunch.

My wife and I moved here recently and have been back to Kokoro twice so far. It's a great place for sushi and on each visit we tried different rolls. The service is good and it has a nice casual atmosphere. Prices are a little high but the quality seems to be on par with them. We'll be back again for sure.

We have been once and had carry out 4-5 times since new owners have taken over, have to say it is just as good as it always was. We are sushi eaters and this is some of the best! Try the evergreen roll cooked, our favorite. Keep up the good work and we will get our once week fix!

Took some friends there whom we hadn't seen in 18 years and had never had sushi. They loved it. The wife had a dreamy look on her face as she ate the "Bloody Geisha Roll."

All four of us had the lava rock dinner with everything from the filet, the shrimp, the chicken, and the pork. It was delicious. Our friends said they would love to return next year.

The service was great, attentive but not pushy and they let us sit there after dinner and chat.

I guess the new owners are in the pilot seats now. Sad to see the previous ones leave as they were such great hosts. Although not quite the same vibe in there, the food was still as good as ever. Service seemed a little disorganized at times but they pulled it off in the end. I hope they do well here and I wish them success.

Went over the weekend and it was very busy and quite lively. We managed to get a table and although it was packed the service was good and food came in a reasonable amount of time. Our selection of appetizers and sushi were all well prepared and delicious. My only complaint was the TV! They used to have nice scenes of Japan on there but instead they had the news on and we had to watch a body being drugged from a lake, which really dulled the atmosphere for us. Japanese restaurants should offer serenity and civility and that kind of TV should be left for the dive bars.

KoKoRo is an awesome little restaurant and one of our top dining choices for Palm Coast. The staff are impeccable and greet and serve you with a smile and efficiency. The food is very creative, delicious and expertly prepared. We were sad to hear that the current owners are leaving us and new owners will be taking over shortly. I can only hope that they maintain the same high standards we have enjoyed over the past few years.

My husband and I love Kokoro and we visit whenever we can. The food and service is always consistent so we know we're going to great food every time. We like trying their specials or new items each time we go. Prices are a little high but you're guaranteed the best quality ingredients and excellent service.

Our visit to Kokoro was amazing. We had gone by several times but had never stopped by until this weekend. It's a nice friendly and inviting restaurant inside and we were welcomed by big smiles. We ordered a selection of sushi and tempura and everything was delicious. One crab sushi we had was the best I've ever had! We were very happy we finally stopped by and happier with the great food.

KoKoRo is an excellent restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff are very professional. We have learned not to go at very peak times as they can be a little overwhelmed, but food is always prepared with passion and we have loved every bite. If you're looking to impress a date or spoil your significant other then this is the place in Palm Coast.

Our first time at Kokoro and apart from supermarket sushi, our first time eating sushi in a restaurant. We ordered a selection of sushi(plural?) and put our trust in their chef. Not sure all what we ordered but they arrived beautifully presented. The wasabi sauce was a bit too much for me so the first one I tried was too hot, but after that one they all tasted very good. The dining room is very pleasant and the televisions with Asian food and vacation photos were a nice touch. With drinks the bill can add up but I don't mind on special occasions and if it's worth it, which it was. Consider us sushi converts.

Let me start by saying that I do not like televisions in restaurants. I leave the house to get away from such things and to enjoy a nice meal, but here they seem to be more of a visual aid to the menu and atmosphere setter with serene photos of Japan. However, no TV's will make the food taste any better and Kokoro do a good job of that on their own. Everything I have had here has been superb and it's all been served with care and appreciation. This isn't a restaurant I can afford to eat at every week, but it's high on my luxury list for when I have flush months. When it comes to service and attention to detail, a lot of local restaurants could learn a lot from Kokoro.

I'm from out of town and this was my first visit. Friendly greeting, fast service, nice sake list, excellent menu, and fantastic flavor! I will definitely visit this one again for some of the freshest, most flavorful raw fish and seafood I've had in a while.

Great restaurant and service was excellent. Sushi was incredible and our only complaint was the calamari appetizer was not very nice. It wasn't rings like most places and its texture was not like any calamari we've had before. Apart from that, everything was great and we'll be back.
