First visit here and i found the ordering process confusing and hurried. But once I finally got my food and sat down it was very enjoyable. The food was tasty and really liked the bowl I had made.... the dill rice was excellent! It does feel healthy and the ingredients appeared to be very fresh. The seating area is lovely with a calming atmosphere. Once you get used to the ordering process it'll be a good place to visit, but staff need to be more considerate of first time visitors... there are no instructions on the door!

Love them for their vegan options. Lemon lentil soup is delicious and the veggie rice bowl is amazing. Wrap and salads are excellent as well. Staff good but at times abrupt when busy. Decor is lovely and offers a relaxing vibe.

Service friendly but a little impatient if you're trying to make up your mind, so best to study the menu before you get in line to order. Very nice decor!

The food here definitely tastes fresh but some items are hit or miss with taste. I like the rice bowls and I had a very good wrap here, but I also had the falafel salad which was by far the worst falafel balls I've ever had. They were so dry and under-seasoned I couldn't eat unless they were soaked in sauce. This is also one of the nicest restaurants in Palm Coast and one of the cleanest with very polite staff. Very pleasant to sit in for lunch.

Highlight of visit: The Kefta Bowl.

I found it expensive but the food was good. It's a nice concept and something different for Palm Coast. The inside is very impressive. Take your time to read the menu and options as it's easy to get confused.

I'll say first that this is one of the best atmospheres for a restaurant in Palm Coast and wish other establishments would learn from it. However it is somewhat overwhelming and confusing when trying to order and I find it overpriced too. I feel I didn't have that much food and a smoothie and it was over $20! That's too much for me for lunch! The smoothie was good but I found one of the food items to be tasty and the other completely lacking seasoning or flavors to the pint I searched form something to kick it up a bit. The girls serving were very nice and maybe I'll try again and order something different.

My third or fourth visit here now and really enjoyed it each time. The food is vibrant and very fresh tasting. Each visit I try something new and apart from the falafal (way too hard and dry) I've loved everything. Save room for Baklava after. The restaurant is beautiful and prices are higher than most lunch spots but the quality of the ingredients make it worth it.

Highlight of visit: Kofta wrap is so good.

We were in the mood for something different so thought we'd give this a try. I have to say that it is a really nice restaurant with a casual yet elegant atmosphere. I think we would of preferred table service as we found the counter confusing and hurried. The food was mostly tasty though but we weren't impressed with falafel as it was very dry and hard with no taste. I think once you learn the ordering system it will be better experience.

This is a very nicely decorated restaurant with a cool atmosphere, but it's thrown off by the confused customers at the counter. I thought at first it was just me but it seemed like just about everyone was puzzled by the menu and the process. The food looked really fresh and inviting and after trying to figure out how to put it together (staff not really helping) I ended up getting a wrap and a sample plate. The latter first, was mixed with the falafels being very hard and flavorless, the croquettes were better, hummus not as good as I get in the store, and the other white thick spread stuff was good. My Chicken Wrap was quite good and tasted very fresh but again the flavor wasn't really there. The rice with dill side was excellent. I just wish the food here matched the ambiance and they figure out simplifying the menu/ordering system. Lunch shouldn't be this challenging!

    Highlight of visit: Dill rice.

I was excited about going to Oliv Mediterranean Grill only to get there and find out the don’t have Gyro’s. That’s the first thing I thought of at a Greek restaurant so I tried a bowl. It was OK, I like Chipotle's bowls better. I also tried the Kibbe plate. The meat in the kibbe had no seasoning and the falafel was dry and the sauce didn’t help. That was my first try and I’m just disappointed that they don’t have gyros and yes I asked and was told they don’t. Please reconsider this even the pizza joints have gyros but y’all can make the real thing.

Highlight of visit: I would return for GYROS

I was disappointed here. The food looked nice and it is definitely clean and healthy eating with a nice smoothie bar, but we just didn't find the food very appealing. It's not cheap and nothing is really 'prepared' or seasoned, just ingredients like at Subway. Pita bread was not good and very tough and the falafal a big let down. The falafal I've had elsewhere was always moist and very green and tasty with fresh herbs but the ones are dark brown inside, didn't taste of much and very dry and hard. I just expect a Mediterranean restaurant to at least get the basics right. But the staff were very polite and helpful and it's a really nice restaurant. Just a shame the food is lacking.

Finally got a chance to try this place and it was very good. Staff were very helpful and my bowl was delicious and everything was so fresh. Only thing I didn't like was the eggplant dip which tasted of nothing and needed flavorings. They should also offer tap water too instead of expensive bottled water. Will try the Acai bar next time. Very nice atmosphere.

Been anxious to try Oliv since it opened and decided to try for lunch. The interior is very nice and well designed with a pleasing atmosphere. Staff were friendly but I did find the menu and ordering system overwhelming and confusing. I ended up just ordering a bowl out of frustration and not wanting to hold up the line too much. The bowl had some good parts especially the rice and cauliflower, but the bad parts was falafal which were so dry and hard to eat and had no taste, and the pita bread which was very tough. I also thought it was too dry and after I spoke with member of staff who said I have had dressing sauce or oil with it, but I never saw any or was not offered any. This is a new concept to the area so I would expect to be informed more. I rate the staff high for being friendly but lower for not being very helpful. The food was not really good enough to go back for.

Food was very good. All else was not. So I’m only recommending the food. Staff were eating behind counter and also tasting smoothies in a small small cup used for dressings. Staff should not be eating while working and never behind the counter. Tables were dirty and staff standing around talking when tables needed cleaning. We had to clean our own table.

The prices were not clear. I ordered sides thinking that’s what I was getting. But was not told there were extra charges. Also they were out of pita bread.

I went over to the counter to ask a question but after saying “hi” to me the worker walked away never asking how they could help me. I have over 25 years in food service. The staff needs to be trained properly for food safety and customer service.

Highlight of visit: Grilled Vegetables. Chicken. Baba Ganoush

Very nice environment, clean eating areas and pleasant music playing. Staff was very friendly perhaps a little more explanations on what is included would be better. The food was on point delish. Not gonna lie, I thought it was pricey but worth the price. Everything was fresh tasting. I had the chicken rice bowl with veggies and a few of the sauces. I don’t know the sauce I had but it was white and had super garlic taste. Def recommend, I’ll be back to try some smoothies!

Highlight of visit: I’d go back for what I had and also to try other items

Been here twice already and so very happy this has finally opened at Island Walk. The bowls are incredible and the smoothies so delicious. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint is that their babaganoush is very under seasoned and would not order again. This is a very nice restaurant inside and a welcome addition to the center.

I don't usually go to restaurants when they first open as I like the opening pains to subside first, but regrettably thought different this time. First of all, it's a very nice restaurant inside with a chic design and atmosphere. The experience with the staff was mixed. The girls were fantastic, patient, and very helpful. But the young man in the middle was a complete lost, untrained and seemed to not have a clue what he was doing there. All of this was new to us and he was slow and offered no help whatsoever. We ended up with some dry bowl of food as he didn't mention if they had dressing or sauces, and we finally took it home to dress it and eat it. The falafal was very dry and hard with little flavor. The babaganoush another disappointment and was the worse I've ever had. No taste and lacked that nice warm smokey flavor and seasoning usually associated with babaganoush... it was just like eggplant baby food! And the pita was not like the usual fluffy pita bread, it was flat and very tough and as it's warmed first, the young man in the middle was slow it was cold before we even got it. No tap water available so you have to buy Fiji water. I really hope this approves because I like the concept and this is something we could do with in Palm Coast. I'll leave it a long while before I try again. 5 star service for the two young ladies serving and 1 star for the young man.
