Moe's Southwest Grill PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I'm the only in my family that likes Moe's so I sneak in when out on my own. The food on the bar is fresh and and everthing clean. I get either a burrito or a bowl and they're always very good. Staff are efficient and friendly. Just don't tell my wife 😉

First time in this Moe's they did a bang up job! Staff were enthusiastic and everywhere is clean. I built a burrito and my girlfriend had a veggie bowl, and both were tasty and fresh. I can't get enough of their queso either, just bring me a straw for that stuff!!!

I fit wasn't for being able to get in and out quick, I'd much prefer to order from Salsa's across the lot where you get much better food at a better price. Moe's is getting expensive and for fast food it exceeds restaurant pricing! Also service is not what it used to be. Staff are lifeless. Average stars for all categories from me.

OK for a quick lunch but not so cheap anymore. Staff seem very dull as does the atmosphere. Food is reasonable and beats going to McD's at least!

Quite good for a quick lunch. Staff friendly and everywhere was clean. Portions are generous and the ingredients look freshly prepared. They're getting more like Chipoltle with burritos, cilantro lime rice, bowls, etc., but it all tastes good. The queso is addictive and the new Moe's sauce is very good.

I have never been to a Moe's before today and have to say I was disappointed!! Staff gives you a robotic welcome and half heartedly serve you down the line. I had a bowl built and ordered chips and queso. The latter was very salty and they were very skimpy on the chips, and the bowl looked good and ingredients seemed fresh, but it just had no flavor. I see no reason to return here and I'd much rather walk across the way and order something for the same cost at Salsas which I know would definitely taste better.

I think the guy serving us was having a bad day as he clearly wasn't very happy to be there or serving us. Food tasted OK only very stingy with chips (just a small handful and always got at least twice that before). No pleasantries received and service ruined it for me. Too many other choices for lunch so won't return.

Disappointing experience here today! Staff had no enthusiasm and I felt like an inconvenience to them. My burrito was made with no care and it tasted like so bland and tortilla was wet and really chewy. Not the warm welcome and reasonable food you used to get here. I think they're operating on very limited resources.

I recommend this place if you go in and order as the staff are usually very friendly and I get the order the way I want it in a reasonable time, but when ordering with the app it is a really bad experience. The order is mostly incorrect and it's never ready. It saves no time whatsoever and would be quicker and easier to just walk in and place an order.

Have lunch here about once a week and mostly good. Occasionally you get a "forgetful" member of staff that you have to guide. Like the Homewrecker Burrito Bowl or a Stack and always get guac with the chips and their queso dip is insanely "good" bad. Good cheap lunch.

Good for a quick lunch and staff members greeting you and they get you out quite fast. Lately they've been out of some items including rice once! But food always tastes good and fresh. Cheese dip is additive! Online ordering works fine.

Staff are very upbeat and always welcome you with a smile. Food is actually very good and fast. Got to love their queso! Their app isn't the best though and prices bit high.

Not bad for a quick lunch but the line can get long and slow at times, in which case I just go elsewhere. Food is better than the burger joints and the service is definitely much nicer. Prices are a little high. Chicken can be skimpy on the salad. Queso is addictive LOL

I visit here because my kids like it especially their queso dip and quesadillas but I personally sit this one out. I fond the food in particular their cheese very processed and salty. It's also pricey compared to other fast food but it is clean and the young staff are quite friendly and enthusiastic.

In spite of the awful reviews I decided to give it a try. Shame on me. What a disaster. The food was nothing to brag about and the service? Well, let's say I saved some money on the tip. Stay away....run away as fast as you can!

I've been to this Moe's about 10 times since they opened. Every time its always fresh and perfect. They seem like they do need some adult workers but hey its a min wage job! Anyway, I'm thankful we have a Moe's! Pork tacos rock!

The kid who was wrapping burritos broke the wrapper for mine. Her solution? Toss out half the ingredients straight off the top of the burrito. The base of the burrito is rice, then beans, then the rest. All the "rest", in this case all the chicken, guacamole, cheese, onions, sour creme, salsa and cilantro went in the trash. When I got home, all I had was a thick layer of rice and a few beans. Overall, salty but tasteless but that could be because I was eating rice with a few beans. The atmosphere is noisy and confused. Too many children as employees and not enough adults watching the shop. As bad as Taco Bell is in Palm Coast, I would go there before this again. It was bad, really bad.
