This place is a joke. We try to stop in at least 2 times a week. They have the best cream cheese around. That's if they have what you want. Never have veggie cream cheese. When you have a taste for something you want it. And why can't they make it? The people that run this place are the slowest people around. What happened to the good old Good Morning I'll be right with you! Nothing, no good morning nothing. This is the coldest business around. God help you if there is more than I person in line. Not much to say positive about this place. But the cream cheese is great. Why not hire someone to run the place and leave the lady that owns it in the back making bagels. She barley speaks English and has no personality at all. This place could be a gold mine if someone would run it like a business!

The last two times I went there was a Saturday morning. The sign said they open at 6am and I was there one Sat at 6:05, and another at 6:15. but both times the door was locked and the lights were off. I wont go again.

I did need a bagel but, I didn't get one. So, I have to allow zero stars. I had been here in the past and service was slow to rude so I have been avoiding the place. Also, as one reviewer wrote, the bagels are doughy. They are not all that great. Publix makes a better bagel. Anyway, I was in the area, multi-tasking and it was not a busy time for U Need A Bagel so, I stopped in for 2 everything's. And there they were! I saw them in the case! The only two in the case! So, I stepped in line and waited and waited and waited and waited. Mind you, only 3 customers in the place and I waited for oh, about 5 minutes and no one said hello, may I help you, not any kind of acknowledgment. The counter person was making coffee, then doing something else and then messing with the coffee. When I was there in the past it was the same. This person is either a relative, does not need a job or just does not care. I said aloha to the 2 everything's and my money and I walked out the door and into the car and over to Strathmore Bagel and Deli where I was greeting upon approaching the counter and immediately received 2 very well made bagels and they had a heck of a lot more of them than 2 in the case unlike U Need A Bagel. I did need A Bagel and I got two of them from Strathmore and they got my money in exchange. U Need A B got zilch. Zilch $ for zilch customer service. Hello! Hello! I have $, I'm a customer, not someone to mistreat and ignore.

DELICIOUS!!! Coffee is amazing here! They have yummy cream cheeses.. vegetable, scallion these two are my favorites. Try the Sun dried tomato bagel and the onion bagel with either of the named above cream cheeses and I know you'll be back again. I just moved here recently and I go here at least 2-3 times a week. It is under $5 for a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese!

The bagels are too big and doughy. They need to be cooked longer or something. The outside of the bagel is like a soft roll which is not like a true New York bagel!

These bagels are wonderful and remind us of the bagels we use to get in the North. Customer service is not 100%, but it is worth dealing with for the bagels and cream cheese!

I ordered a bagel with lox spread to go and found that there was almost no lox in the spread. They must have known this as they were preparing it and should have told me to order something else. The bagel was good but the lox spread was very disappointing.

I stopped there for lunch this week and had an everything bagel with tuna salad. I'm a picky tuna person, and I absolutely loved their tuna bagel sandwich. I also bought a garlic and a cinnamon raisin bagel to go. Everything is delicious. The location is great and inside is very clean. A definite A+.

The bagels and the cream cheese are delicious. My favorite is the garlic bagel w/scallion cream cheese. Just the right texture to the bagel. I use to have another favorite bagel place, but this place has better bagels at a better price. Good coffee too.Very good service too.

Love this little place. Just yesterday I had a wonderful pumpernickel / sunflower bagel with lox cream cheese to go in a hurry. Every bite was great. Their sun dried tomato bagels are marvelous with chicken salad.... So many choices yet to try. Elena and Robert, the owners, are always friendly. Their regular helper, Natasha, gives quick service with a great smile. Well worth the visit!
